Evidence-Based AI Study System

January 25, 2026

If I had to describe my AI study system in one sentence, it is this: use AI to create practice, not just explanations.

Consistency wins. Small review sessions beat cramming.

The 3-part system

First, I use AI to generate questions that match what I am learning. Second, I answer without looking. Third, I use AI feedback to fix mistakes and create a short review plan for the next few days.

Why it works

The system forces active recall and spaced repetition. Even if I only do 15 minutes, it is better than reading the same notes over and over.

My go-to prompt

Prompt: Turn this topic into 12 practice questions. Ask them one at a time. After I answer, explain the correct reasoning and track what I miss. Then build a 7-day review plan focused only on my weak areas.

This keeps studying simple: I always know what to do next, and I can keep it consistent without burning out.
